Y'all need to chill, teams have bad games, great teams. This is the warriors best punch. No doubt they'll be back next game, just chill. So temperamental, any bad things that happens this entire sub melts down

I mean seriously. Every playoff series we've won we have been underdogs and then as soon as were are favored we shrink… is it like too much pressure for the guys and they like being and play better as underdogs?

I'm pretty sure we were slight underdogs vs Phoenix, we were def underdogs vs Denver, and underdogs vs LA. We beat all of them and then when we are favored (vs the mavericks and warriors) we seemingly struggle.

So many times I have watched a team come off 4-5 days more rest than their opponents and have come out flat and with no energy and have lost the first game of the series. They’re fresher and will almost always come out with more energy and more rest can create complacency.

That being said, this may benefit us when it gets to games 5-7 but I’m not surprised at all by the result.

Seemed like he was riding the bench a ton tonight, as we were getting whooped. He comes back in and his defense and rebounding helps shut down GS and let Naz and Ant get some offensive momentum.

Conley not much better

I know it's controversial, I respect Jimmy as a player yet he was also an asshole to us. That being said, I think he had a point on Wiggins and KAT. We were getting nowhere with them, I love KAT but he never showed for us truly until ant arrived and I think that's got to do with how good ANT is in general. Wiggins was just a middle of the road player imo and you could tell he never wanted to be the number one guy. Would I have done what Jimmy did? No fuck no. Is it funny hearing the retelling of it? Yes, it's hilarious dude is unhinged.

What are you thoughts people?

In round one all 8 teams that won game one, won the series. No one would have expected the first three game ones of round two to be won by the road team. Wolves have to be focused, determined, and mature in this game to ensure they get the W. Go Wolves!

Someone said we only had a 2% chance of losing because of all other away teams winning.

That’s not how independent events work, if you flip a coin and it lands on tails 9 times in a row that doesn’t mean there’s a 98% chance to get heads the 10th time. Go back to Math class.

This is the exact same way we played in Game 2 against the lakers, where we play 5v5 pickup ball and just iso the entire possession to Chuck up a contested shot. We have a game or two like this every so often and it’s like we forgot how to play cohesive basketball. The shooting was awful again but that’s just what it is sometimes, Ant missing wide open layups is inexcusable though. Warriors defense is better than expected but please stop setting a screen then driving to the paint and taking whatever of a shot or passing into a contested look into the corner.

Walked by a Warriors staffer outside of the Whole Foods on Washington Ave this morning at 8:30 as he was loading up health drinks for the team.

I told him "Go Wolves" expecting some friendly banter back, instead got "Easy there. Easy there" in an aggressive tone. A bit surprised, I answered back with a confused "What?" and he doubled down by saying "Watch who you're talking to."

Wonder if he's going to get angry when the in-arena host starts a 'let's go Wolves' chant. Joke franchise full of fruitcakes. Let's destroy them.

We are finally a team that others fear. We have a roster others dream of. We’re finally getting respect after all the miserable years we’ve endured. Enjoy the hell outta this. Because we know what the other side looks like….NAZ REID.

It’s very simple. Our defense played great. We had the worst shooting half ever in game 1. Good, glad they got that shit out of the way. This team is resilient and I fully expect them to win game 2. If curry has to miss the game that’s also a big advantage for us. See you Thursday.

Since Memphis, the Wolves are 3-3 against their playoff matchups. In those series, the Wolves are 7-9 at home and 9-8 on the road. When the Wolves have home court advantage, they are 2-4 at home (four straight losses since the PHX series).

Feels like we play terribly in these things.

After tonight’s f-ckfest, I was feeling even more sorry for myself and thought, “at least OKC played a good game and looked good, but just lost it in the last few minutes.”

But then I thought- maybe that’s worse. OKC and Boston played a really good, hard fought game for 40+ minutes and had the game snatched right out from under them and got no reward for their good play. The Wolves played probably the worst game of basketball I’ve seen them play in years. Maybe it’s good we didn’t waste a good game. Got this one out of our system?
