The Warriors are not a deep team, especially compared to the wolves. ATP Ant is the better player between him and steph, and the team with the best player usually wins. Wolves also are a horrible matchup for the warriors, the rockets double big lineup gave the warriors a lot of trouble, and the wolves have the same plus a much better shooting and offensive team. I have ANT as the 5th best player in the league behind Jokic Giannis Sga and Tatum, and he seems to be rlly good at taking out legends. That aside, the defence of Minnesota will overwhelm GSW js like Houston did, Houston just didn't have the offence Minnesota has to capitalize on poor shooting nights by a lackluster GSW offence.

Heat fan here, I'm curious because I can't find a definitive answer online it says Marc Lore and A-Rod are buying the Wolves and Lynx for 1.5 billion and gaining 100% ownership. Considering they are buying them for 1.5 billion and the team is now worth 3.3 its a fantastic deal.

My question is of that 100% how much is the billionaire Lore owning vs A-Rod?

Apparently the response to getting embarrassed by Gobert and NAW in the paint isn't to focus on the future, but release random hit pieces against our center THREE MONTHS after they reneged on the deal. As though Mark would've even made a difference in this series when AD wouldn't have.

Best of luck in this series and hopefully it doesn’t get as messy as our matchup vs Houston. There isn’t another team in the league I have more respect for. Who the hell is guarding Ant? What lockdown defender do they have that is big enough and fast enough to stop Ant? Seriously, Warriors barely got by a Rockets team where their 2nd best player (SG - Jalen Green) absolutely choked. Now you’re dealing with the best or top 3 SG in the game. Seedings aside, Minnesota is arguably the same, if not better in terms of size/youth/athleticism compared to the Rockets. The Rockets had a very good run but it seemed like the inexperience of a lot of their key players got the best of them. They will only get better from here but the Wolves have already had a taste of a deep run in the playoffs along with Ant/Naz/Jaden entering their prime years.

I am assuming they will throw a zone look just like the lakers but 1v1, there is only a few players that have a chance to slow him down…

Gary Payton Jr - too small but is known to play bigger than his size

Jonathan Kuminga - has been struggling lately overall especially offensively but he has the traits (size and speed)

Jimmy Butler - Jimmy would be a solid defender to throw at Ant but it would such a taxing job, it would exhaust him for the offensive side of the ball

Draymond Green - Great defender but with Jaden, Randle, Naz, Gobert, there is absolutely no way Draymond has this assignment. Him, Looney and Post will have their work cut out enough for them

Buddy Hield/Moses Moody? - They’re similar to Kumingas size but not sure if their speed will keep up.

That young man believed in every single one of his teammates, unconditionally. That’s become clearer with every new behind the scenes audio/clip. All of us here have wavered at one point or another on Jaden, Rudy, Randle, etc throughout the season/s. No one in this sub was surprised Lakers in 5 didn’t pan out. But I think that’s due large in part to Ant believing in his teammates - despite the national coverage narratives - and what they were capable of, allowing us to. That’s beyond unique and something worth rallying behind.

Or does he wait until game 2?

I believe if the wolves win, Anthony Edwards should be called Kronos like the God eater cause he’s a legend killer

We have started to become known across the NBA landscape for our chants. Personally my favorite have been "Rachel Nichols" to Jimmy and "free throw merchant" to SGA. Would love to hear some this next week (towards Jimmy, Steph, Draymond).

Since Game 1 is now on a Tuesday and a late game, I can’t go. I want to sell my tickets through the app, but I can’t even get them to show up. Is anyone else having problems? If I use the website I can see the tickets, but can’t sell or transfer.

If Jimmy and Draymond are their 4 and 5, I'd rather have Rudy on Jimmy and Randle on Draymond. Rudy should do a much better job 1 on 1 guarding Jimmy without leaving his feet whereas Randle could get baited into a ton of fouls.

I also think Divo is going to get a lot of minutes this series. Conley might not play much at all.

I personally think whether he wants it or not people are naturally drawn to him and his personality. Winning the chip would seal the deal for me
