Most points in a half by a team (playoffs)
Previously held by Cleveland with 86 in game 4 of the 2017 NBA finals.
Thunder now hold the record for 87 points in any half of a playoff game.
This team is historic, it’s such a joy to watch.

TONIGHT NEEDS TO BE THE LOUDEST ITS EVER BEEN AT PAYCOM. THE FELLAS NEED IT AS THEY BOUNCE BACK. FULL SUPPORT UNTIL THE END NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS!!! LETS GOOOO TTFU!!
Take a tough loss the first game, beat the snot out of them the second game.
People can talk about our team’s experience all they want, but it’s hard to teach guts. They come back stronger when they take a hit. As we’ve known all along, they’ve got that dog in ‘em.
Whatever shall we do??!
C'mon. The world is over because we lost game 1 still.
That is all.
I'm super excited to finally come to OKC and experience the home crowd and now even on playoffs!
Any tips that you would recommend on doing? Is it worth it to get early to the arena? Or should I try check out other stuff around Downtown/Brick town?
Appreciate the tips!
He will go for 25/10/5/2/2. That’s pts/reb/ast/stl/blk. Tired of hearing all the casuals in the forum questioning him. Mark this post and remind me after the game. I believed in him since we drafted him, calling out his future impact and becoming and All-Star. Check post history if you have any doubts.

View on RedditHow do they determine the schedule and why do the thunder play every other day, where as teams like the warriors between game 1 and 2 in the first round or knicks series between games 2 and 3 in this round get two days in between a game? Does anybody know or is it just a TV schedule thing and thats how our cards lie?
This is what the doomers were saying after game 1.
Notice how they are not making posts about how it is completely unacceptable for a Championship Level squad to get blown out by damn near 50? They only show up when it's time to kick the team when they are down.
Is Denver comparable to Memphis?
Let me guess their next critique: this game doesn't matter, OKC is still in the hole.
One thing you can tell when watching these games Is the vibe from the teams. Even in Game 1, it was clear OKC was in control and wanted it more. It shows tonight.
Hold this L doomers 🤣
This series has really shown me a new form of excitement that can come with the playoffs. Last game was a close, fun game to watch like most other series’ but game 2 is a fun blowout. Joker literally being sga’s mvp rival and they shut him down like a mf! Should be 4 time mvp (screw embiid) being made to play like that is entertaining not to mention the insane depth and chemistry of this team going off to ensure complete belt to ass. Not even a thunder fan 🤝
I don't smoke but I could do with a cigarette
2nd halfs a whole different half. Any former athlete knows this. I’m 100% certain our guys know that.
nothing to say other than Thunder tf up!
thunder in 6 its good to be alive i love basketball thunder up put sga in the goat debate
OBVIOUSLY not, butttttt, the wolves or warriors are not touching us. And the way the east looks rn….. Call me crazy but this matchup feels like the two best teams
YYYEEAAHHH!!!
Not celebrating too soon bc it’s Denver.
but DAMN it feels good to see them playing Thunder branded basketball!!!!
Thunder the fuck up!!!
Am I tripping or 90% of the screens he sets are moving. Pushing players the opposite way with his hands and uses his body to hold them off while he rolls or pops.
What y’all think?
I want my teammates to stare Russ in the face, yell at him, and fight him.
I'm a big Russ fan, and I think the loyalty he showed and the way he stayed committed to the Oklahoma community after he left was so beautiful and helped heal the wounds that Durant caused.
But that's that and this is this.
He's been very aggressive in this series. It's gotten to the point where we're seriously worried about injuries to our players..
But there, I'm angry that our players are not saying anything to Russ and are just accepting that violence.
Russ' presence in Oklahoma City is huge, and to the basketball players who grew up in his sphere of influence, he must be an untouchable older brother and a symbol.
Of course, some players might worry that touching him would alienate Oklahoma City fans and get them ostracized.
But this is the playoffs, and right now, Russ is clearly our enemy. The most intimidating axis of all.
If the enemy tries to intimidate and scare us with radical behavior, we must resist. That doesn't change whether it's Russ or anyone else.
I hope someone will step up and call Russ out on his radical behavior. I wish someone would have yelled at Russ, pushed Russ, and killed Russ's chi.
I hope that's how our team get past the past it and moved forward.
And no amount of fighting, booing, or getting on his nerves will ever change that.
He's our legend, he's our retired number, and he can get a drink in Oklahoma until he dies.
So I want our players to fight him.
I want to preface this by saying I'm as big of a Russ fan as any of us. I've been privileged to be able to watch him since we got the team. But I went to the game last night, and my buddy and I decided we were going to boo Westbrook. I honestly figured we'd be the only ones and would be getting dirty looks from the rest of the crowd, but to my surprise, that's obviously not what happened.
Look, I'm all for showing love for him during the regular season. But this 1s the playoffs, and right now, he is the enemy. That ovation in the first game was embarrassing, and I'm glad I wasn't the only fan that decided that shit wasn't ok.
Thunder the hell up

View on RedditDid anyone watch the recaps of the game this morning? I do not have ESPN, so was curious if Perkins flip flopped again. There is nothing even on YouTube. However, there was 8 million clips when we lost. lol 😂
I was watching last nights game and I thought those shirts were sick. Does anyone know where I could order one?

View on RedditIt drives me crazy that the Thunder are the constant victim to people calling Shai a “foul merchant” when our team rarely complains about a non-call
Meanwhile every single possession Jokic is flopping around and tearing into the ref EVERY SINGLE TIME.
In game 1 I literally watched as someone GRAZED him with their fingerTIP and Jokic flopped around like someone just hit him in the back of the head with a hammer, looked at the ref with his “I’m incredulous” look and immediately got a foul called for him
Mark has GOT to get in the refs ear about his flopping and complaining.
I personally believe their entire comeback the other night started with the BS ticky tack foul calling they did on us after our challenges were gone. I feel like Mark should just hold on to his challenges. It really seems to me like the refs start giving in to Jokic once they know we don’t have a way to challenge anymore.
Foster has been fairly favorable to the nuggets in the Jokic era, but he does have the nickname “the extender” for a reason. Interested to see what y’alls thoughts are.
Also, love your team. They have been my side piece team for the last 3 years. Watching them improve ever year reminds me of the nuggets during Jokic’s accent. Ethical team building around a budding superstar is what the NBA needs more of.
LFG BABY
Win the rebounding battle, win the war
Wiggs and JayWill absolutely deserve more minutes in this series
Let Russ do his Russ shenanigans and drive to the basket recklessly all he wants. (I Hate you until this series is over❤️)
Keep making life hard for Nikolas supporting cast.
Also hitting our 3s seems to help just a tiny bit😂
I just watched a documentary on the Sonics' relocation to OKC and man… it’s honestly brutal. I knew about the move, but I didn’t realize how deep the betrayal was , from the city, ownership, and even the league’s role in it.
I'm genuinely curious: are there any OKC Thunder fans here who are originally from Seattle or Washington state? Did you become a Thunder fan because of KD or the early Durant/Westbrook/Harden era?
Did you ever feel conflicted, or do you fully support OKC now? Was there ever a point where you had to “choose” between letting go of the Sonics and moving on with the Thunder?
Also , do you think the NBA should bring a team back to Seattle and let them reclaim the Sonics name, even though OKC technically owns the history?
I’m not trying to start beef, just really interested in how this played out from the perspective of fans who were caught in the middle.
